 ZIP file is corrupt
Article If you are getting a "Zip file is corrupt" error, try downloading the ZIP file using FireFox.

[Working Solution:]

Internet Explorer corrupts the download of the ZIP file. The best solution found is to download and use FireFox instead of IE. You DO NOT need to uninstall Internet Explorer.

You can download FireFox here.

[Known bug:]

Microsoft has a reported bug and possible solution. Read it here.

[Possible solution:] One user reports:

"Long ago when I first had problems opening the zip files I searched google for any solution. Someone wrote that they had problems with zip files. This person had found out that if you uncheked the HTTP 1.1, both of them it helped. I did so and do not have problems with your zip files in windows internet explorer. You find that under tools and alternatives for internet , advanced. I do not now what HTTP 1.1 does or if it is nessecary for something"
