Article If you are having trouble playing any chapter, there could be several causes for this. Below are some troubleshooting tips that you can try.

1) Try the movie/chapter on a different computer and network to see if it is your machine.
2) Try logging out by clicking the logout link, and logging back in.
3) Try a different browser
4) Try the chapter/movie again in a few hours. Sometimes Internet traffic can slow down the data flow.
5) Try the Video Troubleshooter.
