To get the sheet music and other downloadable files, goto http://www.jazzpianolessons.com/inserts and enter the code that is printed on the face of the DVD.

Use FireFox to download any ZIP files. IE has a bug with ZIP files. Click here for more information.

The DVD will play in any DVD player that supports DVD-R discs. This includes most modern (past 5 years) computers and most consumer DVD players. If you have any trouble playing the DVD on your computer, try these steps:

1. Inspect the DVD for any scratches. We purposefully ship all DVDs in paper sleeves to avoid scratches.
2. Test the DVD in a regular home DVD player
3. Try using iTunes or VLC
